Always positive engergy - in high school and throughout her life, even into her "battle" with this dread disease.  The angels will welcome her singing ...

Pat was not only one of the brightest and most talented of our classmates, but also one of the nicest.  I was sorry to see her move away to California, although we still kept in touch, and I'm really sad that she lost the batttle with cancer that she fought so valiently.  R.I.P., Pat.  You will be missed.

I was so very sorry to hear about Pat's passing. Many fond memories of sharing organ duties at Jr. High assemblies. She was a fine musician and a kind and generous soul.  RIP

I am so saddened at this news. Pat was not only a gifted musician but also one of the nicest people that I ever met. Pat and I were voted "Class Musicians" in 1961 and I felt so gratified to be honored in that way alongside of her. After reading about her illness, I was able to talk to her on the phone a couple of years ago and I am glad that I had that opportunity. I was at the 1986 class reunion (25th) and Pat participated. I am glad that I have the video of that event as a fond memory of Pat and several others that have sadly left us.

The lady with the "perfect pitch" was pitch perfect in all her musical endeavors and in life!  I am grateful for her patience and kindness during choir practices and rehearsals.  Rest in peace, dear, talented Pat!

Oh this was a very sad announcement indeed. I will always hold a special place in my memory of the days we shared at Washington Irving Elementary School and throughout our school days in Teaneck. She was so kind and such a gentle soul and she set the bar high for all her classmates. She was talented beyond measure and I am sure she touched the lives of so many of our country's service men and woman who were so blessed to hear her play the organ at The Military Academy at West Point over the years. My sincerest sympathy to her son and family.

Although a year younger than me, I remember Pat fondly from Washington Irving elementary school #2.  Pat used to play the piano for us as we entered and exited "assembly" programs.  She was chosen for this honor, most likely by Welles Jenny who oversaw those of us who played various instruments in the elementary school band and orchestra.  Her talent and potential were obvious then and we have lost not only a fine musician but a fine person as well.   Bonnie Firmunn Morrow '60

How very sad that Pat is no longer on this earth. But we were all lucky to have known her and have her in our class.  I know she is adding to the joyous music of heaven.
